Hi Janice,
My area escaped this time with only minor ice. The freeze line was right around our area for a day and it was building up pretty good. Then it moved back to the Northeast about 50 miles and we only got rain (3 inches) Western Missouri and Oklahoma got 4 inches of pure ice. They really are in bad shape like we were about 8 weeks ago.
