I went back a few days later when the weather was just as good but much colder and there were a few more clouds in the sky. I am uploading the pictures in the order I took them - still on that Saturday at the moment, so the skys will get more dramatic as time goes on.
As for the monitor. I use about 4 different screens.
A laptop screen which desaturates everything, but brightness is good
A second laptop screen (I work in IT...) which is rubbish full stop.
A TFT screen on the laptop which seems to be good - its the one I'm trying to get establish how good it actually is and is the one I did this picture on...
My home CRT which appears to be failing, over saturates everything, and floods contrast, but lacks brightness.... is on its way out and needs replacing... If the TFT I work on appear good then I'll probably replace it with that becuase I like the 1680x1050 resolution....
