I will repeat an answer about the used depth... the background with this perspective was very close for what I decided to reduce the depth to achieve a more diffuse effect of the bottom... I have other shots with a superior DOF but I don't win in focus on the extremity of the insect and if I lose in the diffusion effect, for that reason I decided to publish this image and not another.
My Pro1 has a range from ISO50 to ISO400 but it is impossible to use under normal conditions more than 50 for the quantity of produced noise, even in ISO100, for that reason I have blocked the option always in 50.
