Shorty's legs are too short to pull...She sends her regards. Actually you are very close, not with the ladder, but definitely with the window cleaner to remove the "Finger marks, ice-cream splashes, etc." She does not just fulfil her role as tourist (chuckle), but her assistance is immeasurable and priceless.
YOu are right as far as the disposition of this little fish. It seems like another grumpy old man.
