From my personal experience I would not suggest filters. Although there are different techniques to tackle this problem the only one that worked for me, so far, is in the angled shot. I would try to remain as close to the aquarium window as practically possible, without inhibiting camera movement, and then I would try and shoot the photo at an angle towards the glass to eliminate or at least minimise flash-back reflections. The great challenge is to determine the optimum angle - too great an angle will distort the image because the glass actually becomes too thick and too small an angle will certainly start to pick up varying amounts of reflection. This obviously has its drawbacks as well especially when the fish is swimming past or away from you, but for those shots where the fish is approaching it works quite well.
