Thanks for your visit my friend, but you got me worried when you said that you "find the face of this fish appropriate". Is it the knee that is bothering you or is there something else that threatens to remove the smile from your face? If it is the knee, I can fully sympathise with you as I already had one knee replacement done and the other knee will probably come under the knife sometime next year. If there is anything else though I might not be in any position to help you, but you may use my shoulder if you so feel like it.
