Hi Valerie, what amazed me about these ones was the way they flew, almost in formation. When they first took off from the cliffs I expected them to scatter, but they flew around me much the way you see them here. I never thought I would be taking pictures of pigeons. They were never a bird that excited me very much, but then I have never seen them together in a mass like this.
