Thanks for your kind words on the photo and for the extensive feedback on Maryke's reception and reaction to it. The pleasure was all mine in trying to put a little smile on her face and what better rewards than to know I have succeeded in my attempt.
Tell her the clown fish is a little colour blind and had its paint all mixed up. That is why it has an orange nose and mouth. On second thoughts, maybe you shouldn't lie to her, because she seems too clever and might just catch us out. I will try to find a pink bubble gum fish next time I visit the aquarium, but I cannot guarantee anything as I do not know if there is any stock of that flavour. About the over feeding, fat bellied, and possibly drowning, apparently pregnant fish I do not have an answer. It is too long ago that I had to answer such wise questions (my kids are all grown up and I am not a grandfather yet) so you will have to improvise and think of some wise acceptable answer to satisfy Maryke's curious and wide alert mind.
A final though. The same Creator God who made all colours and who is also been called "The Master Painter" can take any colours that ostensibly do not blend and mix it on his cosmic canvas to produce a mast piece every time. He can because He is the Almighty. So, no problem.
A final, final though (Scouts honour) – forget about the "first critique" to this photo. The author is probably just a little confused as well, because of the beauty of the specimen.
