First of all, thank you very much for your so detailed comment! It is really appreciated :-)
But I have to clarify 2 things:
- Speed of the wings... When I took this picture I was at speed 1/800s which is really not sufficient to freeze the wings of an hummingbird... I was very lucky here because the hummingbird was just flapping its wings slowly in order to stay in balance on the flower... We can see the other very blurry wing which is going toward us...
The nice bg is sadly not the desert... It is the external wall of a house where we got refreshing drinks before returning to the desertic dunes nearby...
But this wall offered me a great nice bg, isn't it? :-)
