I was going to say "trust a man to think that way" until it occurred to me that the more dangerous something is, the more likely I am to want to try to capture it -- on film at least!
I am afraid of heights, but have been known to wrap an arm around a tree trunk and hang out over a cliff to get a better angle on a view! and almost got swept away in an undertow once because I wanted to get a better angle on the waves crashing into the shore.
hmmm -- I think I'll go find some tigers later this week ;-)

this would actually make a good conversation starter on the forums: is it more intersting to shoot something wild and dangerous or something tame?

Cheers and TFV
