Actually I didn't do much to the photo at all. The crop is obvious ofcourse. Besides that I carefully adjusted the white balance in the RAW version. I believe it was 6200K but I am not sure. On the TIFF format I only adjusted the levels a small bit to get a more contrast and I saturated the red and yellow colors to bring out the forest a bit more.
It is funny that you know what we were looking for while I know the location. I think it has to do with the seating position in the car. It was sometimes difficult to hear what the guide was saying. I think I remember the locations because the next day I checked out the route on the map and memorized the particular rivers valleys and lakes.
