Yeah I had quite a few shots with them all in the same position... then I waited until a wading individual walked into the frame. I wanted to show clearly that these were flamingos by showing a standing up one in the photo.
The Cheetah and Serval especially I noticed that their cages were very small, they couldn't even run properly... also the Cheetah's cage was very unlike the terrain they'd be living in in the wild: there were too many trees and hardly any rocky outcrops. The Leopard's was also way too small.
The Tiger's enclosure was kind of big enough but still could have done with a few extra square metres of space.
Actually if I think about it now, all the cages were too small. I reckon Marwell Zoo have crammed way too many animals into the small area they have.
