Howard, on my 5060WZ I have worked out a way to get hte flash on for super macro mode. go to the menu and for flash select 'slave' curiously it then allows you to use slow1 and slow2 flashes, which are better than nothing. After doing this you'll find that the lens gets in the way of the flash. so I have cured this by getting an opaque PPE bottle which I removed the top and stopper, then cut it down so that is just longer than the lens. After that I simply rubber band and tape and hold it on. It's crude but it works...sort of.
