Robert, I think you are stretching the term cultivated a bit too far here. Is anything imported by man from another continent cultivated? If you see how these plants thrive in the wild, you would have a hard time calling them "cultivated". The analogy would be that a picture of a rabbit running wild in Australia would be a shot of a domesticated animal. But is that the way you see it?
