Karanji Lake is a beautiful lake situated next to the SRI JAYACHAMARAJENDRA ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS.People come to this lake just to relax and have fun etc...There is also a beautiful butterfly Bark beside the lake.There is a bird aviary inside where you can find birds walking very close to people.A great pastime in this lake is boating.People pay some amount of money and hire the boats for some time... Last week I and my family(20 members) had been to Bandipur national Park,wich is a very well known park especially for Tigers.It's known as Project Tiger,Bandipur.It is very near to Himavadgopalaswamy Hill.
