The Aran are a picturesque group of islands located west of Galway city in Ireland.
To get there you can take a coach from Galway to the Rossaveal Docks and take the ferry to Innis Mor, the largest of the Aran Islands. From the Kilronan Docks in Innis Mor you can hire bicycles, minibuses or horse drawn carriage to visit the island.
