First I did add a little more color saturation (+25%)
After that did use highlight/shadow option and brought it back to 60%.
Did push levels to an input of 54 and output of 46.
Contrst +7% and last but not least did add smart unsharp mask at lensblur on 150% and 0.7 pixel.
