This is the Sea lion and Fur seal rookery on the Kuril Islands, Russian Far East.
The place is called Lovushki ("trap") rocks and has nothing but rocks, laminaria, seals, and birds.
The big one on the foreground and another fur seal on the background are males. A small one on the left is a female.

Using PSE4 I used the stamp clone tool to remove the gull coming out of the seal. I then brightened +10, added contrast +10, sharpened with sharpen filter one click, and then resized.
