Workshop Note
Ran this through Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. Cropped the image down, mostly from the top to focus more closely on the swan. Used the 'color fade' tool set to 15 (a relatively low setting) to address the greenish tint. Next ran it through the brightness/contrast "levels" tool accepting the default (automatic) suggestion. For a little more depth I then used the 'clarify' tool at setting of 1.0. Finally I used the "sharpen tool" at a low setting and radius to pick out detail on the swan. I prefer this to using 'sharpen' which does a preset, non adjustable sharpening of the whole image. I find that on images that have already been resized this tends over sharpen with unpleasant results.

Cheers, Mish
