![Gold Star Critiquer/Gold Note Writer [C: 158 W: 4 N: 765]](http://i1.treknature.com/misc/g-n-g.gif) (2794) | Cyclamen graecum is a very variable species with a wild distribution which includes the southern parts of the mainland of Greece, most of the Peloponnese, the Saronic Islands, the Sporades, the islands of the eastern Aegean, Crete, Rhodes, the south coast of Turkey, and part of the north of Cyprus. It is at home on stable screes and other rocky habitats, and is happy growing both in deep pine needle litter and the hardest of conglomerates. Its altitude ranges from sea level where it can be found within a couple of metres of the high water mark, to 1200m. (Source here)

Le Cyclamen graecum est un espèce très variable qu’on retrouve dans le Sud de la Grèce continentale, la majeure partie du Péloponnèse, les îles Saroniques, les Sporades, les îles de l’Est de la Mer Egée, la Crète, Rhodes, la côte sud de la Turquie et au Nord de Chypre. Il se plaît sur les sols rocailleux, les aiguilles de pins…On le retrouve depuis le niveau de la mer, où il peut être trouvé à quelques mètres du niveau de l’eau, jusqu’à 1200 mètres.
