Pieris napi. Pieridae. Esta mariposa puebla Europa,Africa de Norte, Oriente próximo, Asia y América del Norte.Prefiere prados arbolados; normalmente se la observa mezclada con Pieris rapae.Su oruga se alimenta de numerosas crucíferas. Al menos dos generaciones al años. Menos dañina para los cultivos que P. rapae ya que esta prefiere crucíferas silvestres.

large non-sharp parts on both sides of the object to be presented appear disadvantageous, in particular, when one part, the flower, does not belong to the object of interest. This distractive element can be easily removed by cropping so that the view is immediately directed to the butterfly's 'face'. Furthermore, the prominence of the bright non-sharp wings has been reduced by decreasing the gamma-value.
