Clouds creeping into Tibet (4)

The Nepali-Tibet border is incredible sheer limestone misty moutains with waterfalls, ferns, wildflowers and forest. It is beautiful all year around with mild weather. Soon into Tibet the plateau begins, with harsh barren mountains and mighty rivers formed from melting glaciers and snow. A days journey covers many different terrain and climate. It is raining. The black color is from oil and tar leaking through the limestone.

It was a difficult exercise. In PS cleared up the dark parts with the Shadow/Highlight menu, the highlights too. The clouds were then treated once more with Selective color white to increase contrast.The version changed somewhat in it's aspect when mounted on TE . Maybe it changes even more on different screens. I only hope for a "Nice try".
