Palenque, located in southern Mexico, is a among the most impressive and well-excavated Mayan ruin sites in Mesoamerica. This well-camouflaged butterfly was perched at the edge of a 100-ft ledge near the top of Templo de la Cruz.

The colours may seem unnatural compared to what you saw in person but I thought increasing the saturation would add a touch of brightness to the picture. Let me know what you think.

Using Photoshop Elements 4 I cropped space from the left and top, then added contrast +10, and using Unsharp Mask with settings: Amount 300%, Radius .3 pixels, Threshold 0 I sharpened.
