A view of a pelican in a pound of an animal park of the region of Adelaide, the photo was taken during a six hours sightseeing tour of the city and of the suburds. A Kodak Safety 5025 damaged negative which was scanned using a Minolta Dimage DualScan IV.

Hi Pierre, in the workshop, I started with a crop to lose some of the light water behind the pelican. I then adjusted levels to add contrast. I applied an overlay layer and used this to dodge light out in certain areas (looks like I might have gone too far with the pelican beak), I added saturation back into the shot, and finally I selectively sharpened the two birds. I hope this meets with your approval. I have removed the copy from my terminal.
