 INVISIBLE ? ! (9) vmukherjee
(1104) | This lynx spider was wonderfully camouflaged on the flowers, making it invisible (..well, almost invisible). It appears amazing how millions of years of evolution has made these arachnids perfect predators with the ability to blend in to the surrounding whenever needed.
Lynx spiders are active hunters who run after their prey and catch them. They can be easily identified by the spikes on their legs. This one was waiting for some unsuspecting victim to come within the reach of its fangs. |
