Workshop Note
For those who may not understand Photoshop Elements 4.0 tool usage I have tried to write out clearly the steps I have taken for this worhshop.

Saved Luis' image to my files and uploaded into Photoshop Elements 4.0 workspace, using crop tool I cropped left side and less of right to enlarge bird and bring more attention to it.

Then clicked Enhance, moved curser to Adjust Lighting, clicked Levels and moved left top slider to the right upping input levels to 15 to saturate color more.

Then went to Magnetic Lasso tool and used to outline birds head, belly and upper wing bars to isolate for sharpening. Then went to and clicked Filter, moved to Sharpen, clicked Unmask Sharp and sharpened with settings: Amount 100%, Pixels .3, Threshold 0. Then saved to my files for web with horizontal sides set at 750 pixels and quality aprox 195K. Then uploaded to TN.
