Hi Sible , I noticed that photoshop was listed as your software so that is what I used.

using the magic selection tool , I picked the dandelions and increased their brightness , while they where selected I also sharpened them.

then used the rectangle selector to exclude the frame and auto corrected the photo's color. I think it brightened up fairly well.
