Hi Joshua, in this workshop I started by straightening the shot a bit more. I then cropped, trying to maintain as much of the original as possible. I then bumped up the contrast a bit with USM with a high pixel, low amount adjustment. I increased the saturation to +25 on master. I did this while looking at "View - Proof Colours" to try to make it as realistic as possible for viewing on the net. Finally I sharpened. To do this I duplicated the layer, and sharpened with smart sharpen. I then added a mask layer to mask out the water, as it didn't look good sharpened. I hope this meets with your approval. I have removed the copy from my terminal.
