The Royal Stag...the Royal Lunch! (40)

This beautiful stag was finally the meal of choice for the tigeress. She was an unusually large tigress, but Dhikala is about 15 miles from Powalgarh, as the crow flies, and the Bachelor of Powalgarh was the largest tiger shot by Corbett with a total length of 3.23 m "over curves" (3.10 m between pegs), thought to be "as big as a Shetland pony" by the famous hunter Fred Anderson. So maybe the genes carry on!
And back to my story, the tigress walked through the deer like she was in a supermarket, sans the trolley! She chose one of the stags, not a very large one, and had it down with one flick of her paw...The moment that happened, the tourists over yonder, started their vehicles and tried to speed down the road to, God knows do what!:(
The tigress, calmly just walked into the nearby bushes. And the other vehicles stopped again.
Then she suddenly came back and picked up this stag and walked off.
Sorry I was too entranced in the entire scene and could not get good shots of Her Majesty, but I've tried to build a few shots into the workshop.

A terribly blurred shot, I'm afraid, but this will give you an idea as to what I mean by saying that the tigress walked through the deer like it was a supermarket.
