I have no idea what kind of insect it is, but definitely it's not a bee :)
Those who know it, please tell me.

The photo was taken with "portrait-macro" settings. No zoom.

100% size of the image. It was just cropped - for the sake of the fly :) Maybe entomologists know exactly what sort of fly it is.
