1.Reduce noise with Neatimage
2.Selected the water body portion and blurred and softened it.
3.Selected the duck and sharpned the edges and raised gamme level.

I used my new Adobe Photoshop plug in, Neat Image, to remove some of the noise in the water. It did a pretty good job and was easy to do.
