This is a Common Blue Damselfly (thanks Ivan for confirming this)
Also, I really need help with another I.D. In the WS is another Damselfly that after over half an hour of searching, I still can't find the correct I.D!

I can't find another Damselfly that has patterns like this on its body (although there are a lot of similar ones).
