 Sarcophaga carnaria (16) vanderschelden
(30145) | Last year, I purchased the 150 mm F 2.8 APO Macro DG.
I hardly used this lens since then.
I took this image an hour or so ago in the garden. It's a fly perched on a fallen apple.
The evening light was quite harsh.
The camera body was the Canon 5D.
I didn't use a tripod. A sin, I know.
Thus the image is shot handheld.
Processing and editing in Lightroom, ACR and CS3.
It's a slight crop.
I don't the identifaction of this fly.
Thanks for looking |
