The picture of this Black-chested Eagle-buzzard was taken last summer in a small place called Maca on our way to Mirador de la Cruz del Condor in Colca Canyon. This amazing birds have a length of 62-80 cm, a weight around 2 kg and a wingspan of about 175-200 cm.
Amazing creature.

In Photoshop CS2:
auto-levels
shadow/highlight
marked part on the eye then again shadow/highlight on this part to lighten-up the eye
