Here is another picture of the Coypu, taken at the same place than my two previous shots. At first he was on the riverbank, but when I came closer he ran away and sat down on the ice that covered the border of the river. There were two other Coypus next to him, but they were moving too fast whereas this one was sitting still. The reddish spot above his tail is the light of the sundown that was shining on his fur.

Very often, people confuse the Coypus with Beavers, but looking at the tail you can immediately make the difference : Beavers have flat tails, and Coypus have round tails, like a rat. Here you can see its tail, it's quite difficult to get a shot like this, because either those animals are swimming, or they are sitting in the water, so the tail is invisible.
Now, on this picture at least nobody is going to make the confusion.

ho schiarito le ombre soprattutto nella zona dell'occhio e dato un po' di più sharp
