Photoshop changes- 1 step sharpening, -10 brightness, +10 contrast. These minor changes greatly improve the visibility of the best features of the image- the droplets and leaf veins.
You would also benefit by keeping as much resolution as possible- this image is just above 500 where 800 is the maximum.
