Maybe not exactly - my old, good Sigma lens is dead. I hope for short time only. It broke this Saturday, so I sended it to service shop. Today I grab my son and Tokina lens and went to Botanic Garden. It is very difficult to take good macro photos with almost two years very lively boy :-) But Tokina won! I took few quite good photos and I can shout - Long live new king!
This is hoverfly. I don't know what exact specie it is and I'm too tired to search its name now. I'll do it next time. This is first syrphidea on my 2009 list. Maybe few of you remember that I promissed to take photos of syrphidae and lycaenidae this year :-)
Background is very poor and there are few OE areas because of strong flashlight. But this is my first quite good photo of h-fly in flight so I'm rather happy with result. |
