I've used photoshop CS
1 - In the Shadows/Highlights - Highlights 65%
Shadows23%
2 - Hue/saturation - reduced the saturation a bit because the sky had turned into a very fake blue
3 - Used the sponge tool with 65% saturation to bring the colors of the insect

In Corel Photo Piant 12, I midified the levels of saturation, lightness and contrast.
I applied an Unsharp mask of 50%.
