I've removed the black background which did nothing for me, except make the picture very dark to look at, and then removed the hair in the top left handside of the sky using a scratch removal tool (selective area). Then using the cloning tool, I've removed the worst of the dust.
I'm guessing that this was a scanned image. I scan a lot of images in and can get a similar problem if I don't clean both the negative/photo and the scanner glass on a regular basis. |
