This is South Falls in Silver Falls State Park. This scanned print seems to have lost some sharpness but I still like the circular pattern where the falls has prevented the water from freezing.

Photoshop Elements
1. Removing border before doing postwork.
2. Sharpening filter all over. That may be enough and work well on most CRT, TFT, and LCD screens. Users of large screens, LCD screens in particular, might complain about noise, however.
3. Contour sharpening all over. Adds more crispness to details without further increasing noise.
