Great shot! I appreciate the informal balance with the rock, but because it's not really prey or another bird, I found it a bit of a distraction (drawing the viewers eye away from the subject.) So I would suggest a tighter crop. Then I threw in a bit of a blur on the background. Anyway, that's my two cents...
