This is saturday's harvest - one of photos with mist and lighs theatre. Linden alley in Lodz's Botanical Garden - very special place for me. Imagine this place at hot summer - thousands of humming insects, especially bees collecting pollen from linden's flowers. Rays of light, air waving from hot and tranquillity and shadows under lindens. I like to walk this alley and be delighted by beauty of mother nature.
This picture was taken via fence. Unfortunatelly Botanic Garden is closed at winter season. Next opportunity to walk under lindens will be at the end of the march.

1/30, f8, iso 100, fence used as a tripod.

*Headless rider! Thank you for your words Pam - this is one of my favourite movies. Superbly filmed with mood and amazing, misty scenography. I'm proud that you mention it in note to my photo! I wish I could take photos like frames from this movie [or book].

I had fun playing with this photo. I cropped out the front with the grass, added contrast, turned down the mid-tones, and increased the shadows. I then sharpened the whole thing. Too bad I don't know how to clone out the benches like you did in your workshop.

Only clone the bench

Only I used the Clone Tool to eliminate the bench and trash can... I hope you like it.
