Workshop Note
Just a quick Workshop showing how to reduce noise and remove the reflections on the bottom right of the image.

First loaded into NeatImage, clicked on the DeviceNoiseProfile tab, and selected the area above the roof in the middle of the image - then clicked on Rough Noise Analyser to create a noise profile based on a relatively featureless area. Went on to the NoiseFilter tab and turned on Y sharpening, Conservative, High 175%, Med 25%, Low 20% to bring out the remaining detail. Sharpening is a matter of taste more than anything, and the amounts depend on the original image.

Then loaded into Photoshop and removed the reflections. Firstly I fixed the colour areas by using a soft-edged Clone Tool in Color mode @ 50%. Then I cloned in the detail, for both stages I tend to use a fairly small brush (around 25px) - remember to clone along lines of detail you want to continue.

Slight s-shaped Curve applied to boost contrast (a less extreme version of this.)

If I'd spent a little more time on it, the results would have been a bit better - but this should give you an idea of what you can achieve at least!

That's it :)
