 Henderson Lake (30) mbasil
(3304) | Trying to get a handle on my new lens I headed out to a local lake yesterday and ran into a beautiful sky. Henderson Lake was built back in 1911 as part of Henderson Park. The lake is really a resevoir, and perhaps as a result of being an artifical feature, or due to a low rate of water flow, has an incredible build up algaes. The city has recently installed some solar pumps to increase the circulation.
PP: I don't have a grad filter for this lens yet, so I underexposed by 1.0 to keep the detail in the clouds, then applied a grad fitler in my edito before bringing up the light level. There were a couple of dust spots cloned out, resized and framed. |
