first I sharpened up the photo, then darkened the shadows to get those black fish to be not so washed out from the lighting. Then I brighted up the colors a bit to bring them out on the striped fish. Removed the noise and cropped it a bit and added a frame. Hope you like it..its a neat photo..I love tropical fish myself.:o)
