A stick insect

This one is an adult about 100 mm in length.
Stick insects are phasmids. I do not know yet which phasmid this is as more than 3000 species of phasmids have been discovered to date and I'm not a wizard in Brazilian fauna.

I like the similarity between the insect and the branch in that pic.

Camera stabilized on a branch.
No PP work.

Levels and Unsharp

In Corel Photo Paint, I applied Auto Adjusted to balance the levels, then Unsharp Mask and lastly, in Neat Image optimized the bottom of the scene... I hope you like it.
