Hi Reza,
My thoughts on the picture:
1. Can't see the whole lizard - can't help because of foliage I guess.
2. Could use unsharpen mask to make the picture more sharp and vivid - tried it on your pic - but should have to be done on the pic direct from the cam before any PP is done.
3. Could reduce noise - did it.
4. The BG to the right of the pic could be blurred(There is a debated as to whether this would amount to manipulation versus keeping the originality) to bring the lizard's head more into focus - did it.
Do let me know your thoughts on this.
