First i reduced the brightness a bit, then i adjusted the shadow/highlights and burned with 20% the wood in the lower part of the image.
Then i applied a selective sharpen on some parts of the butterfly (ex: head and legs) and then increased by 1 the sautration and the hue.
At the end i reduced the produces noise with NeatImage.

I didn't add a frame...i think that you know best which ones you preffer :)
