Hi Livio:
This shot is very humourous. Those geat big eyes look comical, but they also point out how amazing their power of vision is!
Great composition. Good sharpness and colour. It's very nice to see these young owls in their natural habitat.
Today I move back to my homeland, Canada. After 11 years away, it will be great to be home!
All the best!

Hi Grzegorz:
I'll tell you what, I am scared to death of these little creatures, but what an awesome shot! Really fantastic detail and colour. It's just a great composition!

Hi Jaap:
I do like this shot very much. Well composed, with good detail and colour, and your note is very helpful to explain the scenario! It's a very good macro! Their wings are amazing. They look like they would just blow apart if they tried to use them.

Wow Henry:
I wish I could give more than 2 points for this shot! What amazing detail and colour. I love this composition, with the other Macaw making a nice background for this fellow. It's just an awesome shot!

Hi Devandra:
What an interesting bird. The picture is a little grainy, but nonetheless, the detail is there, and the shot is well composed. I know you scan in your photos, so I can imagine the original must be very nice! Good job!

HI Pam:
This is a feel good shot. Beautifully composed, with sharp detail and colour. You can almost see the disgust in the sheep's eyes. It's as though he were saying, "Oh brother, not you again!"

Hi Claudia:
What a great sight to see in one's backyard! Usually here in Florida it's bluejays or mocking birds, nothing so beautiful as these Galahs.
It's a well composed shot, with great colour and detail. Was it raining?

Hi Ido:
This shot is fantastic! How fortunate to snap it as the bird tossed it to get a better position for swallowing. It's a little overexposed on the bird's back, but it's no big deal. When a picture is this good, who cares!
great detail and colour.
A job very well done!

Hi Claudia:
The last time I was in Australia was about two years ago, right at this time of the year. Your picture today is bringing back a lot of good memories of blooming trees, fresh clean air, and good mates.
It's a lovely shot, with great colour.
