Sergio - this is a gorgeous shot - perfect detail and wonderful crop and color. He looks like he's hold on tight so he doesn't get sucked away by something, eh? :)

PS - I am still a young student of photography, and would have thought an fstop of 13 would have made your bg much sharper? Wonderfully blurred though!

Marx,
I have to say - this is a stunning photo. Why does it want to send me running in terror????? ha ha. What a face this little guy has on him. I hope it turns into a gorgeous moth. Your photo has beautiful color and detail and great pose. Well done!

Rei - splendid work. Raptors are my favorite subjects. You've captured this one in perfect detail with a most regal pose. Great colors and pov, crop, etc.

A very sweet photo of the single dangling bloom set against a perfect black backdrop. Wonderful blurred components in the bg.

This portrait is beautiful - almost looks like a watercolor, Jose. I really like the framing too. Color, perspective and choice to shoot at this stage of its development are what add up to a fine result.
Cheers! Penny

Excellent photo of this mongoose, Eyal. I like him next to the weed - which gives a bit of size perspective. He's got such a beautiful color to him. Great detail, bg and comp. TFS!

I'd call this a beautiful picture, Nikos, but it looks more like a portrait! I love the pose you've caught. Such a brightly colored bird - and beautiful detail you have captured without blurring the bg too much. It helps to see the habitat sometimes! Very nice work.

Hello Ivan,
This bug looks rather like one I saw in my pumpkin patch trying to lay eggs there and destroy my crop! :) All the same, hard to deny its beauty -- and I love how you have captured these two. Like they're the only living things on the planet. Excellent composition, clarity and color.
Cheers, Penny

I love the action in this photo...that the landing of the damselfly caused the freeing of each seed. Wonderful capture with all elements in perfection. Cheers!
